With raw materials in stock: 15–25 days. Without stock: 20–45 days depending on order quantity. Generally, shipment within 30 days after deposit receipt.
Our delivery port is Qingdao Port. We accept FOB, CRF, CIF and EXW trade terms.
Yes, we can provide free samples. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Yes, you are welcome to send inspectors at any time during production or at container loading.
30% deposit by T/T, balance 70% before shipment via wire transfer or L/C. 100% irrevocable sight L/C is also accepted.

Prefabricated steel buildings use high-quality painted steel frames as the main structure, with sandwich panel walls and roofs. They are designed and manufactured in the factory, then assembled on-site.

Yes, we provide complete solution drawings using AutoCAD, PKPM, MTS and 3D3S software based on your requirements — free of charge.
We provide detailed installation drawings and videos free of charge. Engineers can be dispatched for on-site guidance, or we can organize a full installation team if needed.
